Here's a fun story that Ava wrote about our Principal, Mrs O'Leary, and her dog, Molly

Molly, Principal For The Day
One day Mrs O’Leary was sick. “Oh dear!” said Mrs O’Leary. “Who will take care of all the kids today?”
“Woof, woof!” said Molly. “I can do it.
“Great idea Molly.” said Mrs O’Leary. So she left a note on Molly’s leash and sent Molly down to school.
Jan saw the note and said “Hello”.
Molly went to sit in Mrs O’Leary’s chair. No one could understand what she was typing in because it said ‘scklybdjha’ (Dogs aren't the typing kind.)
When morning tea time came, Molly handed out Rimu awards but….they were all slobbery because they had been in her mouth! “Yuck!” said the children
After that, instead of doing Mrs O’Leary’s work, Molly got up to mischief. She dug a hole in the garden. She took wood for the playground. She got slobber all over the spider web too! And when she was hungry, she ate other kids sandwiches. She even messed up Mrs O’Leary’s office!
The next day, Mrs O’Leary was feeling much better.
When she came to school she as the garden, the playground, and the spider web. All the children were happy to see her.
And when she went into her office, Mrs O’Leary said “MOLLY!!!”
